Key Responsibilities :

Move cases to completion in a timely manner.

Prepare pleadings, motions, and case-specific discovery requests and responses.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Prepare for and represent clients in trial as necessary.

Deliver compassionate and attentive service to clients throughout the legal process.

Develop strategic approaches to achieve favorable resolutions for clients.

Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.

2 to 5 years of experience in handling auto accident cases and commercial litigation.

Proven ability to manage a full caseload diligently and efficiently.

Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
