As an Assembler, you will control nearly every aspect of the manufacturing process by setting up the machines, ensuring proper maintenance, and operating to manufacture a quality product.

Responsibilities :

• Review job specifications and pull necessary parts for assembly.
• Verify materials and set up assembly process.
• Assemble parts to blueprint specs using hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Inspect final product and transport to shipping department.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner.
• Not allowed to lift more than 50 lbs without assistance
• Work in other areas or departments as assigned.
• Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Danielsville, PA plant, to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education :

High school diploma or GED preferred

Essential Skills :

• Requires average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English
• Must be able to read tape measure down to 1 / 16th
• Must have background in assembly or installation and have good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience reading blueprints
• Must be physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and comply with the companys timekeeping policy and all other company policies
• Must be able to consistently stand for entire shift
