System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local business partners, corporate IT, and on-site teams to provide updates and determine next steps.
• Install site-specific software on desktops and coordinate asset deployment across factory floor work centers.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and desktop assets at the local facility.
• Support IT projects involving LAN / WAN, desktop, and audio / video enhancements
• Work directly with production supervisors or office staff to resolve client / server issues quickly and effectively.
