Director-Foundation-Mission Outreach
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Director-Foundation-Mission Outreach. The Director-Foundation-Mission Outreach advances all assigned fundraising functions on behalf of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation (HSSFF) with direct focus on HSHS St. Marys Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, St. Anthonys Hospital, Good Shepherd Hospital, and Mission Outreach, where the Director is also the lead fundraiser. Ensures successful strategies to accomplish annual goals through the management of major gift functions, annual giving programs and a yearly calendar of events. Develops an overall plan and direction for major donor activities with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals, specific action steps and deliverables, and monitors the Foundations metrics the success of the major gifts program. In partnership with hospital and Mission Outreach leadership, the director is the accountable leader to define and affirm market fundraising campaigns and fundraising priorities.
