Accountable Property Official (APO) for WHS Internal Use Software and Property Custodian for ITMO
The incumbent will perform as the Accountable Property Official (APO) for WHS Internal Use Software and Property Custodian for ITMO. The incumbent will oversee and / or perform functions to record, track, inventory, report and otherwise maintain accountability of IT related assets owned or controlled by WHS. The incumbent will develop and maintain processes and procedures to facilitate the accountability of WHS IT assets. Typical work assignments may include the following :

You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement : One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) in : Property accountability to monitor and ensure compliance with established guidelines applicable to procedures and processes for Information Technology equipment, maintenance, procurement and accountability; and Planning and developing for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
