About the Role :
Randy Lindgren Aesthetic Rejuvenation a premier medical aesthetics practice located near the Miami Design District is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Randy Lindgren , a board-certified physician injector, specializing in advanced facial rejuvenation and injectable treatments for both men and women.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Dr. Lindgren during injectable and aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.)
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and sterile supplies
- Greet patients, help them feel comfortable, and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment preparation, intake, and post-treatment documentation
- Support inventory management and product restocking
- Maintain the clinics high standards of cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism
