Electrical Project Manager - Ground Up Construction (Commerce)

Due to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Project managers to lead our electrical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
• Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and project closings
• Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
• Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications and scheduling needs
• Accurately submitting daily / weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
