Job descriptionRepair and maintain multi-cavity injection molds with hot runner systems. Analyze mold conditions, fabricate / repair parts using machine tools. Fit components to tight tolerances, read blueprints, oversee apprentices. Log repairs, ensure safety and environmental compliance. Minor welding / fabrication Oversee Apprentices High school diploma; 4-year apprenticeship + 4 years experience in tool / mold repair. Hot runners; .0005" tolerances; machine tools; 10-15 yrs typical. Knowledge of trigonometry, machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders). Ability to lift 50-100 lbs; mandatory overtime.

1st Shift Opportunity where you will repair multi-cavity molds, oversee apprentices and perform other related tasks. Large manufacturer in KCMO.
- $34 / hour base (up to $40 / hour for top experience), plus shift differential (if applicable)
