About the Role
The Safety Engineer participates in the design review and Engineering Construction team, leading
systems safety activities to include,but not limited to :
Implement the development best practices and rules as defined.
A system design submitted by the contractors to check the compliance with specifications
required by the contract, clients requirement and local operation practice.
Responsible for planning and execution of technical safety related engineering activities in projects
Strong experience in systems / sub-system(s) participating in its function.
Perform control engineering activities for one or several functions from architecture to
detailed specification, interface and functional principle.
Perform technical safety analysis and assessments, establish, verify, and update documentation till
handover into operations and maintenance.
Experience in maintenance activities for system alarms, architecture with signaling and ATC
and external systems e.g. MEP, telecom, power, rolling stock. firefighting, AFC. Etc.
Experience in multidiscipline collaboration internally and with client.
Supporting other System and civil teams during deliver the contractual deliverables according
to the approved design, technical specs, and quality standards, installation and T&C activities.
Conduct design review of structural elements in a thorough and timely manner
Support other members of the Consultants technical team on technical issues
Provide relevant input for regular and ad-hoc reports.
