The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, developing, and engaging a team of Sales Representatives to drive capital and disposable revenue growth in an assigned region. This position develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business plan objectives. This position is part of the Field Sales organization located in or around Chicago, IL. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient. You will be a part of the field sales organization and report to the Senior Director, National Sales responsible for driving revenue. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Develop regional plans and set priorities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals
• Hire, train, develop and retain a hardworking sales team through one-on-one training, coaching / mentoring, development and team building both remotely and through regular field visits
• Work with the sales team to ensure existing customers are retained, competitive accounts are converted, and existing accounts are expanded.
• Develop clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region

The annual salary range is $160,000-$170,000. This job is also eligible for incentive pay, and the total compensation target is $252,500-262,500 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
