Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform light maintenance tasks across commercial properties in the Knoxville area. This flexible, on-call position is ideal for someone running their own business or looking for additional income. You will use your own vehicle to travel to job sites, and we will provide all necessary tools. The work involves straightforward tasks such as changing ballasts, replacing outlets, and minor drywall repairs.

Responsibilities :

• Replace ballasts and electrical outlets.
• Perform light drywall patching and repairs.
• Handle general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence on-site.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
