Marketing Automation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing automation platforms, implementing workflows, and analyzing campaign performance to support business goals. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, requiring both strategic thinking and technical expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Strategize, create, and deploy marketing automation workflows and campaigns in platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop cross-channel campaigns, email nurturing flows, and lead scoring models to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Manage and troubleshoot marketing automation systems to ensure proper lead tracking and data integrity.
- Create dynamic and personalized email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML / CSS when required.
- Segment and maintain contact databases to ensure high levels of campaign relevance and engagement.
- Implement A / B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights based on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and CASL.
- Stay updated on marketing automation technology trends to recommend improvements for tools and strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in managing and implementing marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.Proficiency in segmenting audiences, email marketing best practices, and lead nurturing strategies.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or other reporting software.Excellent understanding of data hygiene, CRM integrations, and lead management processes.Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for customizing email templates or landing pages is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
