Job description

Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will perform advanced electrical and mechanical work in the operations, maintenance, and repair of water / wastewater treatment facilities and lift stations.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

  • This position has a pay rate of $24.50 / hr
  • This position requires a valid Journeyman License
  • This position requires a rotating emergency on-call schedule, as well as unscheduled overtime

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical work in the operations, maintenance and repair of water / wastewater treatment facilities and lift stations
  • Support of electrical, electronic control and mechanical systems

    • Qualifications

  • A valid Driver's License
  • A valid Journeyman License
  • 2+ years experience in the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical / mechanical equipment
