- MUST have your own reliable transportation
- MUST have knowledge of how to perform all functions that are expected of your experience level.
- All top helpers, mechanics and journeyman electricians should know how to bend conduit, cut pipe, pull wire, read blue prints, know their codes and have more than just basic hand tools
