Role & Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the profitable development of the retail property portfolio.
• Execute strategy with a focus on the management of risk while driving business growth and achieving profit objectives.
• Maximizing business value through portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and risk selection.
• Help creating a work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and cooperation.
• Finding ways to leverage technology within the Underwriting process to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

For NY Only : The base salary range for this position is $75,000- $107,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
