Whitestone REIT is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to join the Austin / San Antonio Region. This rewarding role reports directly to the Regional SVP and involves close collaboration with all internal departments (leasing, accounting, construction, legal, acquisitions, strategy, etc.). The successful candidate will be a market leader in exceeding customer expectations, maintaining superior internal and external communications, and striving to outperform NOI and other annual goals.

Personal Characteristics : The ideal candidate must be a highly energetic individual with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced, expanding, and well-established professional real estate firm. The candidate must be detail-oriented, and organized, possess effective communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative within this dynamic department.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct multiple property walks per week for each asset to ensure exceptional visual and operational standards.
• Quickly address issues with the property and / or tenants, understanding that tenant business success depends on exceptional locational experiences.
• Prepare annual property budgets and continually monitor the performance of each asset to budget, with the ability to strategically recommend adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on each asset and discuss them with the Regional SVP.
• Oversee collection efforts for delinquent tenants and provide recommendations on strategic accelerations.

Review tenant collection reports, complete collection calls, and communicate with the Regional SVP and the Collections Department.

Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
