Job Title : Tax Associate Attorney (4-6 Years Experience)

Location : Downtown Los Angeles

Salary Range :

As per the CA Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the expected salary range for this position is between $275,000 - $375,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Qualifications :

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Background in tax, such as an LLM or concentration of classes in income tax-related subjects.
• Active member of the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Positive attitude, dedication to serving clients, and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Top academics and experience required, AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred.
