Senior Program Quality Lead (PQL)
Join our team as a Senior Program Quality Lead (PQL) supporting the SRP program as part of the Ground Based Surveillance / Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike / Air & Space Defense Systems Business Unit of Raytheon Missiles and Defense in Woburn, MA. In this role, you'll drive a robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts.
As the primary Quality interface for customers (internal & external) and suppliers alike, you'll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing contracts consisting of development, production and sustainment phases.
You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor.
The PQL will be responsible for ensuring reviews and assessments of program performance are performed, including technical assessments of systems, lessons learned, technology, and programmatic (cost, schedule, and risks and / or defects) practices assuring Quality Management System (QMS) processes are defined and implemented.
This is an "Onsite" role based in Woburn, MA.

Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Clearance Information : This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
