Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Specialist / Classification Manager to join our team. Our Federal Solutions team delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe. We promote a culture of excellence and close-knit teams that take pride in delivering, protecting, and sustaining our nation's most critical assets, from Earth to cyberspace.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist the Directorate stakeholders in implementing appropriate classification management efforts (at the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral levels) by providing approved classification guidance, release procedures, and marking criteria.
• Ensure that sound classification management practices are implemented and applied to support special security mission.
• Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.
• Provide timely classification management expertise to resolve complex classification management issues.
• Maintain personal classification expertise through collaboration with IC classification management communities.
• Write, review or evaluate Security Classification Guides
• Develop innovative techniques to implement training and compliance with established classification management policies.
• Participate in related training, informational briefings, and assist in responding to related agency taskers.
• Provide classification guidance to relevant stakeholders and key components within the IC community.
• Administer / provide security classification guidance and perform document and classification reviews.
• Obtain Access to Special Access Program (SAP), Control Access Program (CAP) and / or Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) Information as required for the execution of NGA's sensitive program mission.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

Security Clearance Requirement : An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range : $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
