This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction.  Exceptional customer / client service with the ability to resolve service issues.  Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.  Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.  Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.  Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.  Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.  Computer Skills / Equipment Used to Perform the Job :
