Client Accounts Operations Analyst

As a Client Accounts Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations by executing essential reporting tasks across billing accounts, work-in-progress (WIP), accounts receivable (AR), timekeeping, and matter management. This position involves collecting, researching, and analyzing financial documents to produce accurate and insightful reports. You will also respond to internal billing and finance-related requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, and oversee the resolution of internal ticket inquiries related to billing support.

Responsibilities :

• Generate and maintain reports for billing accounts, work-in-progress (WIP), accounts receivable (AR), timekeeping, and matter-related data.
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret financial documents to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Respond to internal requests related to billing and financial operations, providing effective support and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain essential data for reporting and analysis.
• Oversee and resolve internal ticket submissions concerning billing inquiries and support needs.

Work Environment :

This is a remote position operating within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Job Type & Location :

This is a 4-month Contract position, 100% remote. Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $55.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
