Job descriptionBe part of a growing restaurant where your contributions truly matter. Learn authentic techniques and expand your culinary skills. Work with a supportive, tight-knit team that values communication and collaboration. Opportunity for growth as the restaurant expands. Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right motivated candidates. Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining teamwork and positivity. Basic knowledge of food safety and willingness to learn. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to upholding Mikami’s standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs.
