Area Superintendent

A landmark $250M twin-tower high-rise multifamily project is launching in Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for a designated area of the project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure on-time delivery
• Enforce all jobsite safety policies (OSHA, company policy, etc.)
• Conduct daily site walks, monitor work progress, and maintain cleanliness and order
• Ensure construction follows drawings, specs, and quality standards
• Report issues, delays, or nonconformance to the General Superintendent
• Review lookahead schedules with trade partners; assist with weekly planning meetings
• Help manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation for your zone
• Maintain daily logs and update project management software (e.g., Procore)
