Key Responsibilities

Manage the Sales Desk phone line, resolving inquiries from financial advisors regarding products and services

Educate clients through calls and meetings, enhancing the company's value proposition

Assist the sales team with product inquiries, application updates, and marketing material orders

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Life and Health Insurance license required within the first 3 months of employment

Relevant customer service experience, preferably in life insurance sales

Strong technical / computer skills

Desire to progress into a more advanced sales role
