Job Description

A talented fleet repair shop is seeking a Collision Repair Mechanic to work on Diesel Trucks and Trailers for a job in Portland OR. The Heavy Truck Body Repair Technician position offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, generous PTO / Vacation as well as weekly pay and more.

Compensation

$25.00 – $35.00 / hour to start. Benefits available after (60 days) include :

Day Shift, Monday – Friday; 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Provide excellent customer service and clear communication Knowledgeable in the collision repair industry & able to handle complex issues (electrical mostly) Daily duties include body work, paint prep, color matching, filler application, sanding, priming, etc. Previous experience with roll-up doors and cargo boxes MIG & TIG welding experience preferred. Maintenance of a safe and clean workspace Ability to follow OSHA & 5S standards CDL preferred I-CAR, ASE, etc. licenses preferred Previous experience with an ERP system
