Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to define talent needs and objectives
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and selection
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
5+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
Experience with AI-driven recruitment solutions (preferred)
