About the Role : LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a self-motivated Assistant Facilities Manager for our client. The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for keeping the facilities running smoothly and safely. This role involves hands-on work, coordination with teams, and occasional travel to other company locations across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and complete facility tasks and projects on time
• Work flexible hours to minimize disruption to staff and visitors
• Maintain and coordinate repairs for HVAC, cranes, elevators, lighting, security systems, and more
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and “show ready”
• Support machine setup, safety teams, and trades workers
• Handle vendor accounts and annual budgeting
• Perform general maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

Pay Details : $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
