Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create effective training materials for agents based on product changes and updates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging learning content from product updates and processes

Collaborate with the Product team to create digestible training materials for new features

Maintain and organize the content library to ensure consistency and alignment with branding

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in instructional design and eLearning creation

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise / Storyline, and LMS platforms

Strong editing and structuring skills in English and Arabic

Experience in L&D, CX enablement, or content design is preferred

Familiarity with knowledge bases and collaboration with training or product teams is a plus
