Title : Registered Nurse - ICU
Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting : Intensive Care Unit
Location : Elmhurst, IL
Schedule : Full Time, 7 : 00pm-7 : 00am required to work every 3rd weekend
Pay : Competitive pay depending on years of relevant and like experience.
The Registered Nurse - ICU duties to include but not limited to :
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on observation, patient / family interview, input from other health care providers and other pertinent data
- Collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers to establish plan of care and measure outcomes
- Plan and coordinate patient discharge or transfer throughout the patient’s course of treatment. As needed, includes other members of the health care team in planning patient discharges REQUIREMENTS :
- RN License
- RN License
- 1 year of ICU or Step Down experience required
- ACLS required
- EKG, NIH Stroke required
