Overcoming Objections : Identify and understand customer concerns or objections regarding products or services. Utilize persuasive techniques and product knowledge to effectively address objections and encourage sales.
Sales and Upselling : Proactively promote and upsell additional products or services to existing and potential customers.
Recognize opportunities to maximize sales revenue while meeting customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management : Build rapport with customers, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, services, pricing, and promotions. Continuously update knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Documentation and Reporting : Accurately document customer interactions, sales transactions, and maintain records using CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on sales metrics and performance.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
