Job Description

  • Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Support pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and track budgets.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Assist with documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to hospitality projects.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage schedules, documentation, and project updates with accuracy.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, building positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment while also taking initiative to solve problems and anticipate project needs.
  • Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable balancing time between office responsibilities and on-site demands.
  • Shows eagerness to learn and grow, motivated to develop into a Project Manager role.
  • Brings integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality, aligned with the values of a trusted general contractor.
  • Familiar with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar), with a willingness to adopt new technology.
  • What's on Offer

    Base salary : $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits (Health insurance, 401k, bonuses, PTO, and more)
