Night Shift | 13 Weeks | 3x12s

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a night shift position at a long-term acute care facility in Springfield, Missouri . This role plays a critical part in maintaining the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission

Develop and manage individualized patient care plans

Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees

Communicate status changes and patient updates to care teams

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care and interventions

Actively participate in discharge planning and patient education

Promote a safe environment through consistent use of best practices and hospital policies

Take charge responsibilities as needed after orientation

Collaborate across teams to achieve quality outcomes and maintain unit efficiency

Qualifications :

Active RN license (MO or compact)

Prior experience in LTAC or acute care strongly preferred

Strong skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication

Comfortable working nights, including weekends as required
