RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

• Provide professional nursing care through application of nursing skills and processes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care
• Serve as primary caregiver providing direct patient care
• Work collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patient / family to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Make independent decisions and collaborate with others regarding patient care
• Work under direct supervision of Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of Director of Nursing
• May be required to float to similar units or other locations including Adena Greenfield, Adena Fayette, and Adena Pike
• Must reside outside a 60 mile radius
• Must be 100% available, committed, and prepared to begin work on scheduled start date
• Handle access to confidential patient information
• Create atmosphere that supports organizational mission to care, heal, and educate
