JOB SUMMARY :
The Restaurant Manager will inspire, coach, lead, and manage the front-of-house team while working closely with fellow managers to support the creation and delivery of an elevated guest experience that is in harmony with the food and beverage program s . The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and keen desire to continue learning and growing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

At least two years of management experience in a fine dining settingAt least five years of experience previously working as a server, bartender, or sommelierStrong business acumen with a proven ability to provide insightful industry leading, best-in-class outcomes to perpetuate growth in a premium service environmentHighly committed to a premium level of qualitySkilled at developing and creating food and beverage experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyaltyStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutionsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize multiple tasksExcellent wine and spirit knowledgeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredFull-time availabilityA professionally recognized wine and / or spirits certificate is an asset
