Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position focuses on sterile compounding within a home infusion environment. The role involves preparing IV admixtures, filling prescriptions, and collaborating closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include filling prescriptions and preparing IV medications under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, data entry to support billing and reimbursement processes, assisting in final prescription checks, and coordinating the timely delivery of medications to customers. Additional duties involve maintaining inventory control by receiving, rotating, and logging medication supplies, as well as supporting a clean and safe workspace by monitoring equipment calibration and cleanliness.
