A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with at least one year of workers' compensation experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
Reliable internet access is required
