Role Description
This is a full-time Office Manager role at Insight Accounting Solutions. The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, managing office equipment and supplies, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing office administration.
The Office Manager is the face of the organization and helps ensure overall operational efficiency.
After 60 days of on-site training, this hybrid role is based in Cincinnati, OH and offers flexibility for remote work.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruiting Experience
- Experience in providing administrative assistance, including calendar management
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Experience in bidding and project costing
- Familiarity with office equipment and its maintenance
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be a self-starter and independent problem solver who can achieve goals with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
