Responsibilities :

  • Pre-sales : Qualify sales leads from a technical perspective, understand customer requirements, and provide relevant technical information.
  • Sales calls : Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls, address customer inquiries, educate about features and integration possibilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency : Highlight the value of Fortinet products and services through networking applications and solutions.
  • Post-sales : Act as the main technical contact for accounts, engage with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Customer training : Provide post-sales training and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Fortinet solutions.

Who We Are Looking For :

  • Experience in technical / pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN / Internet services and networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and technologies including RADIUS, PKI, IPSEC, FIREWALL, SSH, SSL, etc.
  • Proven sales experience with a deep understanding of the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills for effective communication with diverse audiences.
