HARIBO is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to help shape the financial story behind our growing U.S. business. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is a key strategic partner supporting forecasting, planning, and business performance across our confectionery factory operations. As a key member of our Finance team at the factory, you'll analyze results, build financial models, and deliver insights that influence decisions across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. What You'll Do

• Support annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive performance.
• Deliver insights and reporting that shape strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and enhance reporting through SAP and BI tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and automation.
