Qualifications & Requirements : Proven experience as a Cardiovascular Surgical Technician or in a similar OR technician role. Sound knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, instruments, and equipment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies. Certifications & Licenses : Current Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) Licensed Surgical Technician as per state requirements Note : Valid and active certification and license are mandatory for employment.
