Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead day-to-day HR functions for the facility, including benefits administration, payroll oversight, employee relations, and compliance . This individual will serve as a trusted business partner to management, supporting approximately [#] employees across both hourly and salaried roles. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of employee relations , ensuring fair and consistent application of company policiesOversee biweekly payroll processing and maintain accuracy in timekeeping, pay, and deductionsAdminister benefits programs , including open enrollment, leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, Disability), and workers compensation claimsPartner with department leaders to address performance, attendance, and coaching conversationsEnsure HR and payroll compliance with state, federal, and industry-specific regulationsConduct new hire orientations , onboarding, and exit interviewsDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support company culture and continuous improvementMaintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and reporting metricsManage annual review cycles, compensation adjustments, and training initiativesSupport employee engagement, retention, and communication programs across the workforceQualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, food production, or industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of Pennsylvania employment law and payroll complianceHands-on experience managing benefits and payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required
