Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Schedule : Tuesday–Saturday, 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM

Location : The Heritage at Twin Creeks

What You'll Do

As our new Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community in top condition. Your day will include :

Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Responding promptly to maintenance requests

Handling repairs, installations, and general upkeep tasks

Moving furniture, cleaning carpets, and preparing units for new residents

Performing touch-up painting, window washing, deck scrubbing, and floor care

Walking the property perimeter to ensure everything meets our high standards

You'll work closely with a supportive team that values your input and encourages your growth.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience

Solid understanding of basic maintenance tools and operations

Strong communication skills (English reading, writing, and speaking)

A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
