Provider Portal Access Coordinator

Duration : 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Job Summary :

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Enrollment Team.
• This role will be responsible for managing provider access to our provider portal, ensuring timely and accurate setup, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining user records.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with data entry or portal systems, have the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

Process provider portal access requests and maintain access records.

Collaborate with internal teams to verify provider credentials and enrollment status.

Troubleshoot and resolve access issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

Provide support and guidance to providers regarding portal usage.
