Director of Identity Management

A company is looking for a Director of Identity.

Key Responsibilities

Own all aspects of the identity business, including product line growth strategy and driving field success

Report bi-weekly to upper management on alignment with company OKRs and financial metrics

Develop a clear product line strategy aligned with company goals for cross-selling and new partner recruitment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred

Over 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in identity leadership roles

Deep expertise in modern authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO2)

Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and audit stakeholders

Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity threat detection technologies
