Job Summary
We are seeking an API Integration Developer with strong skills in Apigee and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level API solutions. The role involves working on modern API integrations, supporting mainframe-based systems, and building scalable backend services for an insurance industry client.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career developers (0 3 years) to gain hands-on experience in API management, cloud environments, and enterprise Java development .
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy APIs using Apigee and Spring Boot frameworks.
Build secure, scalable API endpoints aligned with OpenAPI specifications (OAS) .
Integrate APIs with Mainframe (COBOL) and other enterprise systems.
Develop backend services using Java , Spring Boot , and Batch Processing .
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts).
Participate in CI / CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance.
Contribute to technical documentation and API design guidelines.
