A company is looking for a Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze claimant information to determine eligibility for disability benefits
Make disability decisions and issue benefits for low liability and short duration claims
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records for disability claims
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related work experience
Understanding of federal, state, and local laws affecting claims and disability decisions
Ability to use automated claim systems and computer applications
Experience in customer service and handling claims documentation
