About the role :

Mytra is seeking its foundational Quality Engineering Manager to build and champion a culture of quality across our hardware and supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement, and own our entire quality strategy from the ground up.

You'll be the hands-on expert working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturingestablishing robust quality systems from incoming parts and vendor qualifications to final product assembly. Responsibilities :

As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellence and reliability of Mytra's products by :

• Supplier Quality Management :

Build supplier quality processes from scratch, including rigorous vendor qualification, ongoing performance tracking, and leading formal Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).

Establish and execute incoming part inspection protocols for critical mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.

Collaborate with engineering during early-stage Design Reviews, focusing on DFM / DFA (Design for Manufacturing / Assembly) and proactive quality risk mitigation (FMEA).

Lead or support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (RCCA) for internal defects, incoming material issues, and field failures using methodologies like 8D and 5-Whys.
