Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position
Location : Baton Rouge, LA
Focused Staffing Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote work and on-site visits.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in person and 2 days remote
In this position, you will have a direct impact in enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support in our home and center-based ABA program.
Providing supervision to the Behavior Technicians along with supporting the individuals in our program. Completing VB-MAPPs and assessments for new referrals, re-evaluations, and parent training.
Developing child specific program books, including activities and data collection as well as behavioral / crisis plans. Supporting the Behavioral Technicians through implementation of the treatment goals, program book, IPOS, behavioral / crisis plans and documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior support staff.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress through data analysis.
Qualifications :
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Louisiana BCBA Licensure
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
