Salary : $35.00-$45.0 per hour
West Houston’s newest ABA therapy center is looking to fill an urgent need for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA). Facility’s core values are providing applied behavior analysis therapy for developmentally delayed, preschool-aged children.
Their mission is to provide children who are diagnosed with certain disabilities to include Autism Spectrum Disorder with the socially significant skills they need to acclimate in a public-school setting, using BACB-approved and proven therapy techniques.

Duties include :
- Observing and assessing the children under treatment.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
- Supporting the children throughout the treatment process.
- Communicating with patients' teachers, caregivers, and families to implement treatment plans.
- Monitoring and recording treatment progress.
- Conducting assessments to determine progress and milestones.
- Maintaining children's’ medical records and treatment reports.
- Collaborating with other healthcare specialists and support organizations.
Skills / Experience :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst qualification is essential.
- Proven experience of working directly with children with special needs.
- Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
- Understanding of the characteristics and behaviors associated with disorders.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle intense emotional situations.
- Ability to apply behavioral principles.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stress management skills.
