Job descriptionHigh school Diploma or GED required 4+ years of manufacturing experience with emphasis in hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial skill sets with some experience in PLC and HVAC. Must pass ATEK Functional Job Analysis and Pre- Employment Drug Screen for Maintenance Position. Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling tools. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed. Competitive pay and shift premiums. ATEK Metal Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and facility infrastructure. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine downtime.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
